Easter Season: Deviled Eggs – With a Little Something Extra

You already know: deviled eggs are a must at any Easter gathering. They’re easy to make, everyone grabs one (or three), and you can dress ’em up however you like. This version keeps it classic—with a little extra kick for flavor.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 6 large eggs
  • 3 tbsp mayo
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • Salt & pepper
  • Paprika to sprinkle
  • Optional: chopped chives or bacon bits for some oomph

How to throw it together:

  1. Boil the eggs, let ’em cool, and peel.
  2. Slice in half, scoop the yolks into a bowl.
  3. Mix yolks with mayo, mustard, vinegar, salt & pepper.
  4. Spoon or pipe that creamy goodness back into the egg whites.
  5. Top with paprika, chives, or crispy bacon—chef’s choice.
