  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ cup shredded Gruyère (or Swiss cheese)
  • ½ cup cooked bacon or sautéed mushrooms
  • 2 tbsp chopped chives or parsley

🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a mini muffin tin.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into small rounds (about 2.5 inches), then press each into the muffin cups.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, cream, milk, salt, and pepper.
  4. Fill each crust with cheese and your choice of bacon or mushrooms. Pour egg mixture overtop (fill about ¾ full).
